The Academy provides bite-sized learning, full podcasts and lectures, webinars, resources such as curricula and other digital resources for both learners and educators to access on any device. A calendar of events lists in-person courses and IFEM's flagship annual International Conference of Emergency Medicine.

System Strengthening and Leadership Development
Emergency care improves when systems improve. The Academy offers leadership training, research skills, quality improvement tools, and service development resources to help clinicians strengthen the systems they work in. 

Support for Educators
Senior staff are often expected to be expert educators. The Academy offers educators access to high quality, ready to use teaching materials and resources for educational pedagogy. These tools support formal training programs, faculty development, and curriculum building.

The Academy closes the gap in emergency care education. Our materials are designed for real world use. They are multilingual, easy to adapt, and suitable for learners in both high and low resource settings. Content is available at low, or no cost. It supports clinicians in rural, remote, and underserved communities by providing practical resources that reflect the realities of their work.
